Sips Spaces is a New Forest–based building company providing high-quality building and property improvement services across the UK. With over 10 years of experience, we take pride in delivering reliable workmanship, whether it’s a small repair or a larger project.
We carry out a wide range of general building works, including fascias, soffits, property improvements, and structural upgrades. Alongside traditional building methods, we also specialise in the construction of garden rooms, offices, and additional living spaces using SIPs or conventional techniques.
Our portfolio includes extensions, conversions, renovations, windows, doors, decking, general carpentry, fascias, soffits, and much more.
We also work in partnership with trusted local businesses, including Westeel Fabrication, Viner Fires, and other skilled trades, to ensure every project is completed to a high standard.​

LUXURY GARDEN SPACE
On this project we fitted the interior finishes from bathrooms to hidden projectors and black out blinds.
BARN CONVERSION
For this project we turned an old pig barn into something unique, quality and in keeping with the rest of the property. We even fitted a 200kg submarine door!
GARDEN ROOM
Artificial grass is on the rise turning unusable gardens to outside oasis' all year round and a garden room for extra space usable all year round in SIPs or timber build.
